Revision Policy

The number of revisions rely on the selected package. Webnflix allows 2-3 revisions to the clients which are attainable only if the core idea/concept remains unaffected or unchanged. In case of any extra revisions, additional charges are applicable.

Refund Policy

The approval of our client binds us. However, once the initial services are delivered, the admissibility for a refund expires. In order to become eligible to claim a refund;

Criteria For Refund Claim

The admissibility to opt for a refund becomes void once the original concept is approved or requested for a revision.

• The client only entitles for a refund if it is requested before any deliverables.
• Webnflix is a highly client-centric company and we go above and beyond to attain 100% satisfaction of the client. However, if client is dissatisfied – we do process refunds based on the terms mentioned above. As we work in good faith and expect our clientele to do the same as well, the money back guarantee stands void and null if the customer had a change of mind after placing the order.
• 30% of the refund can be processed if requested within 48 to 120 hours.
• 60% of the refund can be procured if requested within 48 hours.
• After the 120 hours of deliverables, the client does not qualify for a refund.
• The client is not qualified for a refund if he/she stays inactive for consecutive 30 days after pacing the order. In such circumstances, rectification requested by clients will charge an additional amount for the continuation.
• If the website/app is live, the client does not remain eligible to claim for a refund.
• If the storyboard has been composed for video animation, the client does not remain entitled to claim a refund.
• Webnflix has the authority to reject a refund claim at any time if the client is found to be guilty of violating any terms of Webnflix.
• The refund criteria is consistent for all packages.
• Supposing the service delivered by us complements the brief and the limit of revisions is exceeded, the client does not remain adequate to claim for a refund.
• A client does not qualify for a refund if initial designs complement the brief. If the client decides to entirely change the initial brief concept after the delivery, the refund claim will be denied.
• If any logo designed by us resonates or mirrors the concept of any other logo, merely be a coincidence, the company will not and shall not be held liable for any refund. As it is highly imperative of the clients to copyright their design.
